How it is priced

Bucket prices are for the product. Shipping is charged on top and quoted to your delivery address at checkout, because a five-gallon bucket of coating weighs what it weighs and the cost of moving it to a ranch in west Texas is not the cost of moving it across town.

We do not offer free shipping and we do not bury the freight in the product price. Anyone who tells you shipping is free on fifty pounds of coating has priced it into the bucket.

Pay-over-time

If you choose a pay-over-time provider at checkout, the order price is the same as paying by card. Approval, terms and any interest are the provider's and are shown on their screen before you confirm. We do not finance and add no surcharge.

Where we ship

The lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii and anywhere outside the United States are quoted case by case — write to us before ordering.

Delivery

Larger orders move as freight rather than parcel. Freight means a scheduled delivery, a truck that may need room to turn, and someone present to receive it. If your delivery point has no dock, tell us at checkout so a liftgate is on the order. A truck arriving without one is a wasted trip that gets billed.

Check the pallet before the driver leaves

Look at the buckets while the driver is still there. If anything is crushed, split or leaking, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign and take photographs. A signed clean receipt makes a damage claim very hard to win.

Then tell us within 5 days with the photographs. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours, and we replace it.

Timing

We give you a realistic ship date when the order is confirmed rather than a promise we cannot keep. If something is going to be late you will hear it from us before you have to ask.
