The less flattering number
Day one is half the record.
Publishing the aged value alongside the initial value is the whole posture of this page. The second number is less flattering and more useful, and leaving it out would make the first one misleading.
Aged performance
Reflectance falls as a roof weathers. A brand that only publishes day-one numbers is showing you the easy half of the record.

0.88 initial solar reflectance, 0.89 thermal emittance and 0.74 three-year aged reflectance appear in the producer-published table. Match the stocked formula and batch before quoting.
Class A and fire-test language
Legacy files reference several tests and ratings. The exact report, product, substrate, assembly and current listing scope have not yet been assembled into a publishable customer claim.
