Returns and refunds
Unopened comes back. Opened does not.
The rule
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. A bucket counts as unopened if the factory seal is intact and the lid has not been broken.
Opened buckets cannot be returned. Once a bucket is cracked it cannot be resold or restocked, so there is no version of this where it comes back. If you are not sure the coating suits your roof, ask before you open it. That is what the roof assessment is for.
Freight on a return
Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return freight is paid by the customer. Coating ships heavy. Better to know that before you order than after.
If the return is our error — wrong item shipped, or product damaged in transit — we pay freight both ways and refund in full including the original shipping. Tell us within 5 days of delivery and send photographs of the damage and the packaging.
How to start one
Email your order number and how many unopened buckets are coming back. We confirm the return address in writing before anything ships. Do not send a return without that confirmation — an unannounced pallet cannot be matched to an order.
Refunds go to the original payment method once the product arrives and is confirmed unopened. Allow the usual few business days for your bank.
What is not returnable
Opened product. Anything delivered more than 30 days ago. Product that has been frozen, stored outside its stated conditions, or repackaged. Managed installation work already performed.

Ask before you buy. Send us the roof and we will tell you what it takes, including telling you when the answer is that this is not right for your building.
